What I
do
I work with founders and leadership teams when employee situations become complex, sensitive, or high-risk: whether it’s a conflict, termination, investigation, or compliance issue that needs to be handled correctly.
The focus is not administrative HR.
It is about managing people, risk, and decision-making in situations where mistakes can have real legal and operational consequences.

Why I
built
this.
My background is in law. I studied in Germany and spent years working in labor law and employee relations across multinational organizations in fashion, retail, and tech.
Over time, I worked on complex negotiations, whistleblower cases, workplace investigations, and large-scale workforce restructurings in demanding and highly regulated environments.
What I consistently saw was a gap.
Companies at the growth stage (often between 10 and 50 employees) face real HR and legal exposure, but lack access to the level of expertise needed to handle it properly.
Employee issues without process. Terminations without documentation. Compliance gaps that can quickly become serious risk.
Not because these challenges are unsolvable, but because that level of expertise has traditionally only been accessible to large enterprises.
The STRATELYX Approach
STRATELYX provides senior-level HR advisory, employee relations expertise, and compliance-focused support tailored to growing organizations.
Work is conducted with discretion and confidentiality, reflecting the sensitive nature of employee matters and internal decision-making.
Clients engage either through ongoing advisory or targeted support, depending on their needs.
A practical perspective
Most companies only address HR and employee issues after they escalate.
By then, the cost, whether operational, financial, or legal, is significantly higher.
The goal of STRATELYX is to help organizations address these challenges early, with structure, clarity, and sound judgment.
Call to action
If you’re navigating a complex employee situation, scaling your team, or facing HR-related risk, STRATELYX provides the support to handle it properly.
